The work
As a management assistant you will be involved in agenda management, processing various data in the database and you will speak to and receive customers (by telephone). Simple administrative actions such as checking receipts, archiving and organizing data will also be part of your tasks. In addition, you will act as a hostess / gentleman during viewing days and co-organize them. If necessary, you will provide support with marketing activities. In the office you will work with a highly experienced management assistant who speaks 6 languages.
The criteria
You follow an MBO education; management assistant or secretary. You are accurate and love to be the spider in the web at an organization. You master English at a good level and preferably an extra language. Microsoft Office is no problem for you, you adapt quickly and are eager to learn.
