Get started abroad
In addition to internships, we also organize educational projects, including the ‘Málaga Business Bootcamp’ where students get to work with a local company or organization and also take language lessons. In addition, we also offer tailor-made projects for both students and teachers that focus on different learning needs. The objective is always to provide participants in these projects with an unforgettable learning experience.
Projects abroad for students
We have experienced that students can go through completely different developments during the projects. Depending on the character of the project, the emphasis is on personal, language, professional or intercultural development.
One thing is certain, in almost all cases students speak of a ‘life changing’ experience.
Málaga Business Bootcamp
During the Málaga Business Bootcamp, which has been a huge success since 2014, students develop their Spanish language and entrepreneurship skills.
During the project, a team of 4 to 5 students will work on an assignment from a local entrepreneur. They will work together in an international environment and at the end present their result to the entrepreneur.
During these two weeks, the students will receive feedback from the entrepreneur, the teachers and the JongLeren.es team. Because they get to work in a ‘real’ environment, you often see that students rise above themselves, but also leave an unforgettable impression on the entrepreneur they work with. In addition to the group process, each individual will go through his or her own development, both on a personal level and professionally.

Maatwerkprojecten
We think it is important to also offer students in study options for which it is not self-evident to do an international internship, the opportunity for a great experience abroad.
Depending on the wishes of students and schools, we adjust the program of the projects. In practically all projects we introduce the students to the Spanish education system and Spanish students. Of course there are various cultural trips.

Coaching
During the projects, the students are coached by their own teachers and/or team JongLeren.es on, among other things: Entrepreneurship, teamwork, indepedence and communication.
