Management Assistant Internship
An ambitious real estate agent in the area of Marbella. The company works with high segment clients and works both private and business-to-business. The real estate office is part of a franchise chain and can therefore use the marketing and network of the big organisation. The franchise chain is globally positioned. In Marbella, the realtor can be found on four different locations with all different geographical working area. From out of the head office they coordinate the four locations. It is a very competitive area, where quality and speed of work is very distinctive.
The atmosphere in the company is jovial and hardworking. The international team finds a good work environment very important, but realises that at the same time there needs to be worked hard to be able to face the competition.
You shall be busy with the calendar management, processing of diverse data in the database, and receiving and talking (via telephone) with clients. In addition, simple administrative tasks, like checking receipts, archiving and ordering data will be part of your task package. Besides, you will be a host/hostess during viewings and help organise these. If required, you will help in marketing tasks. You shall work together with a very experienced Management Assistant who speaks 6 languages.
You’re following a study; management assistant or secretary. You are precise and like to be a linchpin in an organisation. You have a good level in English and preferably also speak another language. Besides that you are good at using Microsoft Office, adjust easily, and you are eager to learn. Can you take the initiative, work fast and precise, and like to provide service to clients? Than this is the internship for you!
