Looking for an intern
We arrange it! We place students at various companies in and around Málaga and Granada and the surrounding area, at MBO, HBO and university level. Examples of branches are:

Would you like to work with a student to hand over a number of tasks and have more time for other things? That works as follows:
1. Register
After agreement on the search for your internship, our JongLeren.es app will come in handy. We will create an account for you in this app. Here you can follow the progress of the search for your internship!
We also arrange all necessary documents, payments and appointments in the app. In addition, the app serves as the place where all JongLeren.es students come together. Think of the meet-ups and other events that we organize for which you can register via the app!
2. Preselection
Before the student has contact with you, we make a pre-selection so that you are only presented with suitable students. We do this by means of an intake interview with the student in which we ask, among other things, about his/her internship wishes and the requirements of the school.
3. Interview
Yes! We’ve found a potential match. To see if the student is a good fit for you and your company, an online job interview will take place, after which you decide whether you want to work with him or her.
4. Arranging documents
Once the selection rounds have been completed, a contract will be drawn up between you, the training institute and the student. This contract includes agreements on the number of working hours, supervision and liability.
5. Arranging accreditation
As a company, you often need accreditation by a knowledge center. We support you in applying for this accreditation.
6. Internship visit
As soon as the student has started working in your company, we visit the workplace in the first 2/3 weeks to see if everything is going well. We do this for the student, but of course also for the company. If something happens, we will do our best to solve it as smoothly as possible.
7. Calamities
To ensure that a student feels safe and comfortable in Spain, we are always available to solve things where necessary. We do this, for example, by visiting the internship location in the first 2/3 weeks to make sure that the student is in the right place. We also think it is important that the internship company is satisfied with the student and with our cooperation, which is why we maintain good contact with the internship companies. Furthermore, our office is located in Málaga and we can be reached by telephone 24/7 for emergencies.

Blended & online internships
In a hybrid internship, students start their internship online and physically travel to Spain after a few weeks. They then complete their internship in the normal way. In this way, they can already start the internship in the event of a negative travel advice and they have the prospect of that real experience abroad.
For some internships, the student can even complete the internship completely online.

Offering an internship requires a time investment from you and/or one of your employees. However, the return far exceeds the investment. Students provide creativity, a fresh look, can do activities that your organization has little time for and take work off your hands.
To ensure that this runs smoothly, we provide support during the entire process; the selection, communication about internship assignments and with the school, the start of the internship and during calamities.
For this support we ask for a voluntary contribution of €100.
